1. The main purpose of this site is to provide a vehicle to enable magicians to buy and sell second hand Magic Tricks and/or Props.
2. Abracadabra Promotions (herein after referred to as Abra) will place an advert for a minimum of 2 weeks and generally a maximum of one month.
3. Abra takes no responsibility for the condition or value of the items offered for sale.
4. Abra cannot guarantee that the items offered here have not been sold either prior to appearing here or at any other time.
5. All items are retained or held by the owner (seller)
6. All negotiations are to be conducted between the buyer and seller.
SELLER
1. Owner must Email the Name of the item, the asking price, the name and telephone number of the owner.
2. Owner must also include the condition of the item offered for sale using one of the following guidelines.
EXCELLENT - As good as new, used maybe only once or twice
GOOD - Good condition can be used straight away.
FAIR - May need some work on it but not broken.
POOR - Poor means it definitely requires work on it, could even be broken or incomplete (Owner should state defect)
3. Upon completeion of sale, owner will contact Abra to have the advert removed.
4. When sold, providing the advert is still current (ie up to one month old) or has been sold as a result of this advert, the owner will forward to Abra the sum equivalent to 10% of the price for which it was sold.
5. Delivery and payment between owner and purchaser is by mutual arrangement.
BUYER
1. The buyer is to make direct contact with the owner when making a purchase or making further inquiries.
2. The buyer accepts that the description of the goods is a guide only and ideally the goods should be inspected to ascertain that they agree with the price, description and condition of goods.
3. No further charges (apart from what is agreed to between the buyer and the owner) are payable by the purchaser.
BUYERS ADVERT
In the case of a buyer placing a wanted advert there will be a flat $5.00 payment which will guarantee the details will appear for at least one month.
Note these adverts appear world wide mainly amongst the magic fraternity.
When sold the seller is requested to let us (Abra) know so that we can remove it. No other charges will apply.
End of Conditions
IN EMERGENCY
1. If in doubt rule 7.01.07 will apply. This reads "Any rules we decide we have to make up on the spot will apply."
