(say $50 You supply the notes). Six keys are selected by members of the audience leaving
one for the magician. It is explained that anyone that has the key that opens the padlock
can win the $50 bill. They all try their keys, each is given the opportunity to exchange
keys with the magician, it makes no difference. The Magician always wins. In this the original
version, their is the possibility (If the performers concentration is allowed to laps) of the
spectator opening the lock. Just in case this should happen we have provided an 'out' which gets

greater and greater amounts until. The spectator has the chance of winning your house and car or $100 or $50 or $20 or $10

the magician each take one and the spectator is invited to place a cross against one item the magician then places a cross
against an item on his board. Neither can see the other writing. This is repeated until 9 of the 10 items each have a cross

#89 Guided Thoughts Stage Size Same as item number 88 except boards supplied are both A4 size
#105 Zodiac Cards While not high on magical content (In this field it doesn't have to be.) this does provide the twelve zodiac cards with four routines which will enhance your powers as a mentalist etc. The ability to bring a selected card to the top is all that is required, however an easy method which can be done instantly is explained.
#108 Idle Idol Four playing cards are removed from a small envelope and placed face up on the table. The spectator is given a small golden idol (about 25mm high) and asked to place it on any one of the cards. It is then immediately shown that the choice had previously been predicted.
#109 Ani-Mental 'Jumbo Size' Five Envelopes distributed to 5 spectators on stage. 7 pictures of various animals are displayed and by a process of elimination one is arrived at. Spectator 6 selects from the 5 on stage who they would like to have the correct prediction. Whoever they pick they are right and as an added laugh so is everybody else. All spectators now write a word on the back of their animal card (remember they are all the same animal) It is explained that no-one can help giving themselves away when you read their word out. The audience is invited to try. The envelopes are collected and mixed. You remove one animal from an envelope and immediately announce who wrote the word. The card is shown to be the one in the envelope previously predicted.
#115 Impressive Two Twelve cards are displayed and they are counted out into two piles each of six. The spectator is invited to do exactly as you do. First each place a pile behind the back, withdraw one card and place it on the table. The magician takes the spectators card, still face down and places it behind his back with his pile. The spectator does likewise. The magician instructs the spectator to place this card on the top of his pile, turn it over and then cut it into the middle. Both piles are brought out and placed face down on the table. The piles are both spread across the table so all the backs can be seen with the two face up cards. The face up cards are identical. The audience will say "Yes! But they're all the same". - or - You say "I bet you thought they were all the same". Both piles are turned over to show they are indeed all the same but completely different to the two original cards placed face up in each pile.

You explain that the spectator had a perfetly free choice as to which coloured crayon he handed you. Once again you turn your back on the spectator and instruct him to take the crayon from behind your back and to hide with the other three. Once this is done you turn around and announce to the spectator the colour of the crayon that he had handed to you behind your back. At no time is the crayon brought in front of you.

#186 "Magic Siren/Whistle Sound" At any time during your show this mysterious sound comes out as
you raise your hands to your mouth and apparently blow. Sometimes
described as a police siren other times as a wolf whistle. It’s under your
control as you make it rise and fall in pitch. Your hands are immediately
shown to be empty. If you like to be less magical, you can show the
gimmick and just pick it up and blow it when you want the magic to
happen. Use it instead or with the magic word.
#195 'Mixed Nuts Snake Can'
Like our Jelly Bean Snake Can (Item 161) only smaller taking up less valuable space in your case.

#200 'Loop of Fate'
A small metal chain is displayed on the table. The right hand side is picked up and the circle is re-laid down in the form of a figure eight.
It is demonstrated that one side of the figure 8 will catch if a finger is placed within
it while the other side will not catch when a finger is placed within it. A challenge is made that they will never be able to pick which of the loops will catch their finger.
Needless to say, you the magician are always right..

Designed originally so that it could be sat upon during the opera).
